Our full-time and part-time positions are an excellent opportunity for dietitians seeking to balance part-time work in dietetics with family responsibilities or for those individuals who are looking to re-enter the profession. Positions include: registered dietitians, certified dietary managers, and trainers in safe food preparation and handling.
Qualifications
Our dietitians are required to be registered LDNs with the State of Illinois and have a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. It is desired they have a minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care; however we will train the right person if they have less experience. Other requirements include knowledge of long-term care regulations, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Our dietitians receive ongoing training and information on the regulatory process for health care facilities, clinical updates, as well as food service management and delivery information.
