Keeping your staff up to date on the latest government regulations and food service operation trends and practices can be a daunting task. We can conduct classes and develop customized ongoing in-service education to keep your staff current.

All of our dietitians are qualified to act as preceptors for dietary personnel motivated to complete long-distance learning programs to obtain Dietary Manager certification and qualified to take the Certified Dietary Manager exam.
