As of January 1, 2011, Kane County requires any person, who handles, prepares, serves, sells or gives away food shall be required to complete a food service workers sanitation course within 90 days.

We are an approved instructor and offer the class which meets the Kane County ordinance for Food Service Worker Training. Upon completion of the one hour course all students will receive a certificate of training which meets the Kane County requirement.
