President & CEO

As president and CEO, Lisa oversees all operations of Nutrition Care Systems and is the second generation Stewart at the helm following our founder, her mother, Dorothy. Her focus on operational excellence and passion for the people behind the care is seen throughout our company. Lisa is committed to following her mother’s philosophy of keeping clients, residents, and staff well served. She is always researching new trends to promote positive outcomes for our clients and dietitians.

Sr. Vice President & COO

Staci has dedicated her entire career to long-term care, providing quality nutrition care to residents and clients. She leverages her passion for person-centered care and innovative solutions to develop corporate partnerships. As the leader of clinical operations she provides direction, leadership, and training to clients and NCS dietitians throughout the Midwest. She has a knack for aligning cost control strategies with cutting edge clinical nutrition and food-service management systems.

Regional Manager

Amy’s dietetics career has been exclusively in long-term care. She utilizes her board certification as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition to help facilities achieve a high level of nutrition care, as well as partners with our healthcare clients to achieve industry goals and regulatory compliance. Amy is well versed in the challenges our clients encounter and offers support to clients , to find positive nutrition outcomes and creative cost-saving measures.

Regional Manager

Angie has spent the majority of her career in the long-term care industry and leads the way in sanitation instruction. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service through her keen communication and teaching skills. Angie is dedicated to training clients and colleagues on the most current sanitation regulations and is a nationally certified sanitation instructor.

Leah believes that success is found through investing in people. She takes time to evaluate a wide range of client concerns from both administrators and residents and believes improving resident quality and satisfaction go hand in hand. Her grounded approach to problem-solving enables her to connect staff and clients to resources and practical solutions.

Office Manager

Jennifer is “Central Command” at our headquarters. She puts her degree in Business Management to work by assisting with daily operations and as the first line of contact she is at the forefront of developing strong relationships with all of our partners. Her friendly, upbeat, and approachable personality make her a great fit in the NCS family.

Regional Manager

Lorie is passionate about coaching clients and colleagues in nutrition and regulatory requirements. Her background as a Federal Surveyor gives her an exceptional eye for regulatory compliance to help our clients identify risks and implement solutions. Lorie’s love of sharing her knowledge and skills makes her a sought-after public speaker.

Founder & Chairman

Nutrition Care Systems foundation is built on the objectives of our founder to provide the best service possible to our clients – LTC facilities, LTC corporations and thus the residents, and to provide the best possible support and care to our NCS staff.  Dorothy is recognized industry wide for her hands on experience in all areas of nutrition, including CMS regulations, sanitation, and operations. Her philosophy for aligning cost control strategies in facilities and working alongside our clients’ teams is still evident in the daily operations of NCS.
