Nutrition Care Systems Account Manager, Samantha Sheely, is ready to rise to the challenge of her new title, a position only recently added to the NCS roaster.

“I am extremely proud of the trust and faith that NCS is showing me with my new responsibilities,” shared Samantha. “I am excited to see how I can help everyone and provide better service to our customers!”

Dedicated to her team and residents, Samantha’s favorite aspect of NCS is genuinely helping and connecting with everyone.

“I enjoy going into different facilities and dealing with different/exciting challenges,” she states. “And the variety, flexibility, and general atmosphere of NCS are fantastic.”

Samantha’s recent promotion was strongly influenced by her work ethic and determination, according to the NCS team.

“Sam always has a calm, professional demeanor and is well respected by all her administrators and other ancillary staff. She is a team player, working extremely hard and always keeping the customer front and center. Sam has excellent communication skills, along with her solid clinical skills. This position is a natural fit for Sam as she will provide superior customer service to our corporate facilities and training to our facility dietitians,” stated Regional Manager Angie Windhorst

Samantha broke down some of her favorite interests outside of work:

• Kitchen Hack: Never use it, so you don’t have to clean it often.
• Food to eat: I don’t have a favorite food, but coffee would be my favorite beverage.
• Place to travel: Siesta Key, Florida
• Indoor/Outdoor Activity: Taking my dog Bonnie for long walks.
• Quote: When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

An interesting tidbit about Samantha is that she has recently started coaching a 5th-grade girls’ basketball team.

When she is not busy coaching or working hard for NCS’s residents, you can find her catching up with friends or enjoying a little downtown in front of a favorite show.
